Bandai Namco has announced that the racing game Fast & Furious Crossroads (from 15,00 € at Buy) will be removed on April 29 of all platforms and thus the sale of the game is set. This was announced on the website of the game in an edge note. If you have not already owned the game or bought it until 29 April, it will never be able to buy again. However, a box version has also been published, which can be excavated in principle even after the hiring of sales. Exact reasons for the action did not named Bandai Namco.
Fast & Furious Crossroads appeared on August 6 2020 for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One, and remained behind expectations in many ways. The metacritic score of the game lies after 13 reviews at 35 and the user score looks even worse. In the test on Namco.com, the title with 42% for the PC version cut only slightly better: "Despite the passable staging, the current game to Fast & Furious is a cucumber - especially thanks to the strange driving behavior and technical problems."
This flop was quite surprising because the team of Slightly Mad Studios actually knows how racing games must look like. After all, you have u.a. With Project Cars in the past, great successes can be achieved.
