Rainbow Six Victories: Containment Event with Nest Destruction Mode announced

Ubisoft has announced a temporally limited PVP event named "Containment" for players from "Rainbow Six Siege". It starts tomorrow 3 August 2021 and runs for three weeks. The end will be ushered on on 24 August 2021.

"Containment" offers a new game mode with the name "Nest destruction" and puts you on a revised version of the consulate overrun by the Chimera Parasite.

Two-stage scenario

In the new game mode, the attackers receive a two-stage target scenario: they face the task of destroying a nest to achieve the goal and win the round. On the other hand, the defenders have to rely on melee attacks and Oryx's Remah Dash to stop their opponents and carry out the victory.

"Of course there is also an alternative solution to secure the victory," says Ubisoft in today's press release. "Players can rely on the old but efficient way: completely turn off the opposing team."

Of course you can acquire items as part of the event - in total it is 33. The collection includes headgear, uniforms and weapons skins. The exclusive, temporary adjustment items of each operator are available as bundles in the shop area for 1,680 R6 credits or via the containment packs for 300 R6 credits or 12,500 renown.

Apparently, players are actually capable of stopping caravan drivers or any random traveler in the area. This method is something that only a small number of players would probably think of doing, because they would most likely fly a horse or recharge a backup. Red Dead Online has become s
